These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdj33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the bdj33 website at https://bdj33.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bdj33. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not use a fictitious name, the name of another person, or any misleading information. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. bdj33 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bdj33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to fair play and security, bdj33 may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point. Verification may be triggered by registration, by a withdrawal request, by a change of payment method, or by a routine compliance review. Documents typically requested include a national identity card or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and a photograph of the payment method used. Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are credited to your bdj33 account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• bdj33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• bdj33 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month for any account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your bdj33 account and that has been previously used to make a deposit.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes but may take up to 24 hours during high-volume periods or pending completion of KYC verification.
• bdj33 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request above a threshold amount determined by the compliance team.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bdj33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Currency

All transactions on bdj33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. If you initiate a transaction in a different currency, your payment provider will apply its own conversion rate and any applicable fees, for which bdj33 accepts no responsibility.

All sports bets placed on bdj33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the platform (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).

• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.

bdj33 offers a range of casino products including live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and table games. These are provided through third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The following rules apply to all casino activity:

• All casino games on bdj33 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer operations. Game outcomes are determined independently of bdj33 and are governed by each provider's certified systems.
• Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, minimum and maximum bet limits, and specific game rules. These are available within the game interface before play begins.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdj33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using a third party's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or payment information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, game malfunctions, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Attempting to access any area of the platform beyond your own account, including through hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorised API access.
• Using the platform while under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you have previously requested.
• Facilitating the use of your account by any third party, including on behalf of a person who is under 21 or has been excluded from the platform.

bdj33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Activity inconsistent with recreational gambling, including systematic exploitation of pricing or bonus structures.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the verified account balance (excluding bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

bdj33 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

bdj33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdj33 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational circumstances.

Your continued use of the bdj33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
